This was done while soaking, and is of #NineyTheObserver, who I first heard through a cassette that I bought at streetlight records 20 some odd years ago. And there should I couldn't make heads or tails of it, but after repeated listens it really made sense. Niney, Bill Laswell, Adrian Sherwood and Lee 'scratch' Perry are probably the quartet most responsible for my interest in #dubwise music.
