This weekend' s #mixology experiment fell a bit flat but might be salvageable with some tweaks... Started with a pair of #rum options (the Appleton is a decent cheap base, and St George as a little bit of herbaceous quality to it), some non-alcoholic @seedlipdrinks spice spirits, some Kenyan purple tea that has a floral quality to it, prickly pear bitters and a small amount of passionfruit #poncha to cut with some sweetness. I threw in a club of actual sugar cane as much for presentation as anything else but it ended up ok.
