Every 3-4 weeks I try a new #mixology experiment. This one turned out quite well. I started with the intent of making a mule by mixing Nikka Coffey gin with Vila das Rainhas #ginja (a Portuguese sour cherry liqueur), but opted instead to use a mint infused simple syrup, and some citrus elderflower soda... Top it with a chop-length of raw sugar cane. Quite refreshing on a warm evening.
