Haven't cooked anything like this in a while (been mostly doing vegetable based soups for a bit), and it turned out exceptionally well. I bought a smoked pork chop and some bison tallow from @mountainvalleymeats when I was in Truckee last week, I put it in some @whiskeyoak rub, and pillars of garlic...and served with some @dunloebrewing "never always again" sour #ale. . . #foodporn #petasucks
