Tried something new. Never had Hawaiian opah (aka moonfish) and served with a lot of blanched vegetables (and a lot of olive oil, garlic and some #vinferno from Boony Doon vineyards). Given the size of the fish in the portions of everything, I may have gone a bit overboard... Then again I'm pretty hungry. #foodporn
