I got some pre-made gnocchi, then made some sage/butter/garlic sauce to cover it in. Nothing fancy, but pretty tasty. Pretty much take olive oil, fry up some Sage leaves and minced garlic or garlic paste in it take the sage leaves out... Add a mountain of butter and let it melt in it. #foodporn

So I took some olive oil (infused with chili pepper), sababa salt, garlic paste and a "fish seasoning" from the local Arab grocer...and rubbed some tuna steaks with it. Some quick pan searing and dinner was pretty damn good. #foodporn

Seriously the first #gose style #beer I've really been won over by. Very tart up front, with a smooth aftertaste.
